What is the Finalsite Status page?

The Finalsite Status Page is meant to quickly and accurately inform you about service interruptions and scheduled maintenance for your website.  By subscribing to email and phone (SMS) notifications, you can learn about problems that may affect your website visitors as soon as we identify them.  You can also choose to receive automatic status updates to keep you informed of our progress as we work to resolve the issue.  Finally, you can see any postmortem reports of the problem and relay that information back to your organization leaders.

What are the Composer regions listed on the page?

Our main data centers are located in the US, UK, and Asia, and we host your website in the location closest to you. The components listed below for Composer US East, Composer US Central, Composer US West, Composer UK, and Composer Asia represent the status for each of these data centers.

How do I know which Composer Region I am in?

You can determine which region your website is hosted in by logging into your support portal and viewing the "Composer Region" detailed at the top. Please contact our Support Team if you do not see a region listed.

How do I subscribe to incident alerts and notifications?

Once you know your website's Composer Region. Click the "Subscribe to Updates" button at the top right of our status page. Enter your email address for email notifications or your phone number for SMS notifications, then select the Composer Region and Additional Components that are applicable to you. At any time, you can return to this area to update/edit your subscriptions.

 

What are the Additional Components?

We also provide the status of additional components beyond the Composer Region for your website.
