Whitelist eNotify server IP addresses

This article refers to our legacy product, eNotify, which will no longer be available and support for the product will be discontinued, effective August 1, 2023. For the best Finalsite experience, we recommend using our Finalsite Messages, which provides enhanced security and reliability for your school's email communication needs. Visit our client portal for additional information and next steps.

Adding the eNotify server IP addresses to your email server's whitelist is a good way to ensure constituents receive messages sent from eNotify. Here is the current list of eNotify server IP addresses from which eNotices are sent:

  • 166.78.71.118

  • 166.78.71.119

  • 166.78.71.120

  • 166.78.71.121

  • 166.78.71.122

  • 166.78.71.123

  • 166.78.71.124

  • 166.78.71.125

  • 166.78.71.126

  • 166.78.71.127

  • 209.61.151.151

  • 159.135.236.59 (added August 2018)

Finalsite adds new servers as needed and adjusts the servers that schools use in order to balance load inequities that arise. As such, it is best to whitelist the full range of our eNotify IP addresses. It's not prudent to whitelist only the server you currently use, as it is not possible to say your IP will always stay the same.

Refer to the software documentation to confirm the correct syntax required by your spam filter.

Discontinued SPF Records

If you currently or previously have used eNotify and have created an SPF record that contains include: finalsite.net this can be safely removed.
