Staff Directory > Rights per Department

Navigate to Settings > Staff Directory to view departments. Each department that you place a new user in has specific rights. 

    • 1. Admissions has access to everything.

    • 2. Technology has access to a limited number of settings, specifically the Import/Export, Integration, Forms, Pages, Users, and General options.

    • 3. Finance has access to applicant profiles and payment information.

    • 4. Academics has access to applicant information, the ability to post notes and files, and analytics.

    • 5. Read-only has read-only access to applicant information. 

You may see a Finalsite Department on your site. This has been created so that we can assist you with troubleshooting while remaining outside the directory lists of those who work at your school.
