Adding Users (Applicants and Inquiries)

Adding individual applicants

Select "Students" from the menu bar at the left.
 

Click the "+Add New" button, and select either "Add Inquiry" or "Add Applicant" as desired.

Enter Applicant information

 

Complete all of the required fields.


 

Don't forget to add Parent/Guardian information as well, in order to trigger email notifications to parents. Use the "+Add Parent/Guardian" button to add another parent; the notification checkboxes allow you to select one or both parents to receive updates when the student's application is updated. You can also elect to create individual accounts for each parent using the "Create Parent Account" checkboxes.

 Click "Add Inquiry" or "Add Applicant" when finished.
