Adding Notifications to a Status

Each status can have 2 letters: one to the applicant, and one to the parent/family.

You can change the letters' contents by clicking on the colored status button in Settings > Admissions > Status & Notifications. We are not able to add additional automatic messages to each status, however.

You can manually send messages to users of a specific status by filtering the applicants and then using the Messages feature, as demonstrated in this screencast:
