Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner.
The Programs tab is where you configure your grade levels and how they're organized.
Use the checkboxes and fields on the left to define your school's academic divisions, and the grade levels with each. The "Capacity" fields on the right indicate the maximum number of enrolled students in the grade, and are used on the Analytics tab to allow for monitoring of enrollment in real-time. The capacity does not limit families from applying, but is simply an internal tracking tool. The year labels under Programs populate the Grade dropdown on the Form Editor.
