Sign In to the Support Portal
In order to submit a support ticket and access existing tickets, you must log in to your Finalsite website's admin interface (ex. http://www.yoursite.com/admin).
From there, if your account has been granted ticketing rights, you can click the "Support Portal" link or "Submit a ticket". If your account doesn't have ticketing rights, you'll see a "Request Support" option that allows you to contact your Website administrator.

If you're calling for the first time, you may need to enter your Customer ID. You can access your Customer ID while logged into our support portal at upper-right corner of the page. Don't worry, you'll only need to enter this once if you're calling from the same phone number.
