There are two ways for teachers to access their archived classes.
To access archived classes:
1.) In an active group space click the + icon on the right hand side.
2.) Click Group Settings
3.) Select "Archived Groups" from the radio button selectors.
4.) Select the desired group.
5.) Click "View Group Space"
If you have a teacher who has recently joined the school and will need access to another teacher's archived class resources, they will just need to be added as an admin to the groups that they need access to. You can find the archived classes via Site Manager (or Modules and Settings) > People > Group Manager and then select the "Archived groups" radio button. Then click on the group and select the "Members" tab to add them.
