Our team is fielding reports of an issue in Redirects Manager where the Redirects are not loading in the UI. The redirect URLs, themselves, are still functioning as expected. We are investigating this issue as a top priority at this time and will provide further update as soon as possible. In the meantime, the current workaround is to click the Wildcard heading.
