Messages XR dashboard

When you first open Messages XR, you'll see the dashboard.

Dashboard features include:

• Finalsite Central's Access Messages On-the-Go feature where you can either click the Get QR Code button or simply enter the Access Code to log in to your Finalsite Central App.
• Recipients: see how many are subscribed, unsubscribed, and suppressed. 
• Recent & Scheduled Messages: features a grid calendar with dates that have messages highlighted in blue. Use the arrows to navigate by month and quickly access any messages that have been sent or scheduled. This is a quick way to get a broad picture of the regularity of your messages being sent out. 
• Notification Usage: reflects how many credits are being used and for which channel (email, SMS, voice) with a button where you can request more monthly credits by clicking Increase Capacity.
• Usage: Scroll down a bit to find the Usage Chart where you can see how many messages per month you are sending, color-coded by channel.  
  

You can also access Messages XR admin permissions from the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, as well as create a new message using the Create Message button.
