Finalsite's New Mobile App and Chat offers dynamic chat translation offering the content on the mobile app and chat feature in each user's preferred language. This means that users accessing the app and chat feature can view content, send, and receive messages in their preferred language.

How does a mobile app or chat user select their language preference?
App translation follows the device's language settings. If unsupported, it defaults to English. Users can also choose their language in the app profile settings, which overrides the device settings.
