Moderate in the Chat module (CMS): The Message moderation tabÂ
Navigate to the Mobile Apps module > Chat > Message moderation tab to manage flagged content. Communication appears here if it is caught by our AI or manually reported by a user.
The CMS module provides a centralized dashboard with three primary views:
| Tab | Purpose | Key actions |
|---|---|---|
| Reported | New items awaiting a decision from an admin. | Show full chat, Hide message, Unreport. |
| Reviewed | Audit trail of previously moderated content. | View audit trail, Restore hidden messages. |
| Blocked | Management of users currently restricted from chat. | View block duration, Lift user bans. |
Pro-Tip: Use the Filter tool to narrow results by time range or specific categories (e.g., "Hate Speech") for faster auditing.
