Find your unique Ask AI URL

Every organization is assigned a unique identifier when their account is created. This identifier is the key to your personalized login page. All client URLs follow a standardized, unified format:

• [identifier].ai.finalsite.com

Locate your identifier

If you aren't sure what your specific identifier is, you can find it easily in your inbox:

• Check your Welcome email: When an account is created (or a new user is added), a welcome email is automatically sent. Your specific organization identifier is conveniently listed at the bottom of this email.
