Finalsite's new mobile app offers streamlined communication with a single login for all communication at the district, school, and classroom levels. Parents and guardians can easily filter, browse, and engage with the content they care about, customized from the moment they download to their preferred language. Send push notifications from the Finalsite platform to the mobile app. Allow families to customize their own notifications so they can see what they want but not be bombarded with information.

Manage your CMS modules and home screen
Your branded mobile app integrates the beautiful content you have created on your CMS and utilizes it for mass communication with your families. Connect your CMS areas to your new mobile app and configure which content will display on your app. In your Mobile Apps module, you can go in to Content Settings to manage how your content displays on your home screen, even after your app has been launched to your community. Which areas receive the highest traffic? Keep your community engaged by giving them what they are looking for!
- Dynamically connect news items and events to your home screen.
- Configure a separate news screen and calendar/events screen.
- Display photos in albums and rename your button to "Gallery", "Photos", or something even more creative!
- Make your contact info available in with location filtering and directories. You can even control visibility by role (e.g. only faculty and staff can see parent contact info, etc).
- Automatically sync team and game schedules from Athletics Manager onto your athletics or sports screen.

Customize your navigation buttons
Provide access to the areas of your mobile app that are of most interest to your community by customizing the labels and icons of your buttons in the bottom navigation bar. Easily add a button, reorganize your buttons, remove a button, replace a button, and re-add a previously used button. The More button in the bottom right corner takes your app user to a second screen where you can then organize other buttons into sections for ease-of-use.
