The Bulk Style option in a page's three-dot menu lets you copy and apply in bulk a page's style elements (banners, theme, and/or sharing icons) to all of its subpages simultaneously.

  • Navigate to the page whose aspects you would like to copy / apply in bulk to pages below.
  • Click to open the 3-dot menu and select Bulk Style.
  • Check the box next to the aspects that you want to apply to the subpages below this selected page.
  • Click the Apply button.
  • Once you Publish, you will see the same selected styles appearing in all of the subpages beneath your selected page.

Important Note

  • Editing permissions: The bulk styles will only affect the subpages you have editing permission on.
  • Required publishing step: After applying bulk styles, you must publish the affected subpages for the new banners, theme, and icons to appear live on your site.
  • Bulk Style in branches: You won't see the Bulk Style option in a branch's 3-dot menu. Reach out to Finalsite Support and they can perform this task for you.
