Categories
Review how questions are being categorized by the AI to identify the most popular topics your community is asking about.
Across the top of the screen, you can get a glance at your overall totals:
- Categorized questions: Total number of categorized questions. These do not include the questions that fall under the Uncategorized category.
- Resolved: Percentage of Resolved questions.
- Unresolved: Percentage of Unresolved questions.
On the left side are the predefined categories that the AI model puts each question into, with a percentage of resolved questions in each category.
- Select a category to view the resolved and unresolved questions and answers in that category.
- Click the Open chat log button on a question/answer pair to open the conversation’s chat details in a side panel.
Uncategorized
Uncategorized is where questions that do not fit into one of the predefined categories are placed. They are not counted in the overall numbers and percentages at the top of the page or on the Home screen.

Date range: Use the date range options to specify the timeframe for your analytics. This filter applies to all metrics and charts on the page.

Category filters: Within each category, filter by All, Resolved, or Unresolved questions.
- Sort: Use the sort icon above the list of categories to change the order of the categories (A to Z, Questions ascending, Questions descending, Resolved percent ascending, and Resolved percent descending).
