Known Issue: RESOLVED - Images only showing in Compose mode

We are aware of an issue where images were not displaying on the front-end of the website. This was impacting a subset of Composer websites in the US Central region. The images are visible and can be edited while in Compose or edit mode, but they no longer display when viewed as an end user. 

A fix was deployed overnight, and as of 7:00 AM CST on February 11, 2026, all effected sites have been updated to the latest version. We are continuing to monitor performance. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Support. Thank you for your patience.

How do I know if I'm in the Central region?

It's important to know which region you are in, especially when referring to the Finalsite Status page which alerts you about different issues that are occurring. A particular issue may only be happening in a certain Composer Region. 

The best place to locate your Composer region is on your CMS Dashboard. 

To locate your region, log in to your Composer sit and navigate to the top right corner:
