Finalsite has identified a technical issue within the CIAC Athletics integration that is affecting site performance. To prevent further impact on school websites, we have temporarily paused all CIAC integrations from processing athletics data.

What this means for you

• Data Sync: New athletic events, scores, or roster changes from CIAC will not automatically update in your Athletics Manager while the sync is paused.

• Existing Data: Any data already synced to your site remains visible and is not affected.

If you urgently need certain athletic events to be updated by the integration, please contact Finalsite support to discuss potential workarounds for now.
