You can verify if you have an active data integration via Integrated Services Manager
It is required that your Student Information System (SIS) rollover occurs before we can perform your End-of-Year service in Finalsite. For best results, we recommend you schedule your Finalsite rollover 2-3 days after your SIS rollover.
For clients that do not have a constituent data integration
If you sync data from a Student Information System, it is required that your service date is scheduled after your SIS rollover (ideally 3 days afterwards). There are a limited number of slots available for services each day. Once the maximum capacity for services is reached, the date is no longer available to select.
