AudioEye operates in the background, automatically resolving accessibility issues on your website. For any problems that the automation can't address, AudioEye's team of experts steps in to implement accessibility fixes manually.
In addition, when a visitor to your site selects the AudioEye icon, they see a variety of options that make the site more accessible based on their specific needs.
What makes AudioEye great?
- They regularly monitor your site to ensure conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA is maintained.
- AudioEye can make recommendations and provide third-party resources for making videos and PDFs accessible.
- They have a Help Desk, available through the AudioEye toolbar, which allows site visitors who encounter any accessibility issues to communicate directly with AudioEye.
- Any content accessibility issue that isn’t automatically adjusted by their automation technology will be caught and remediated by their team of experts.
- AudioEye provides a quarterly report of all adjustments made. If you are interested in this, it can be provided by your client success manager.
- Get in touch with your CSM or email at: clientsuccess@finalsite.com if you would like to review your report.
- The reports don't automatically update so it's best to request a new one from your CSM whenever you are looking to check for the most up-to-date info.
