Review missing assignments
The missing assignments summary near the top of the Student view lists work across every class, and Show all opens the full list. Upcoming assignments appear just below. Both appear when there is something to show, so use them to spot work that still needs attention before it affects a grade.
Check class grades
The Classes list shows every class on the student's schedule, from homeroom through the last period. Each class shows the current running grade and the matching percentage, and a class without a grade shows No grade.
- Step 1: Open the Student view and select the child.
- Step 2: Scroll to the list of classes.
- Step 3: Select the semester at the top right of Classes to switch terms.
- Step 4: Tap a class to see its assignments and scores.
Terms in which a class is not scheduled are labeled Class not scheduled this term.
Open assignment details
The top of a class shows the teacher, room number, and overall grade. Below it, the Assignments tab offers filters for All, Upcoming, Missing, and Completed work. Tap an assignment to see its score, weight, assigned and due dates, and any web reference the teacher added.
Assignment detail varies by school
The amount of detail depends on the data the school's student information system sends. Contact the school with questions about what appears for a class.
View grade history
Select Grades history next to Classes to see grades from each grading period for every class. The periods shown follow the school's calendar, such as semesters or six-week terms.
View attendance totals
The Attendance card lists four categories with a count for the selected semester: excused absence, unexcused absence, excused tardy, and unexcused tardy. Use the semester selector at the top of the card to change terms. When no absences are on record, the card displays No absences recorded.
View attendance by class
Open a class and select the Attendance tab to see that class's own record. The tab label shows the number of records, such as Attendance (2).
View all absences
Tap the Attendance card to open the full list. Absences are grouped by date, with a total for each type the school tracks.
Attendance detail varies by school
Attendance detail depends on the data the school provides.Â
