Changing constituent usernames

A constituent's portal username can be changed at any time from the Account tab in their Constituent Manager profile. Find the Username field, enter the new username, and click Update Login.

A constituent's username can be changed from the Accounts tab within Constituent Manager.

Find the "Username" field, and replace whatever is in there with the new username.
