Once you have implemented Finalsite's Chat feature, your community members have the option to chat via web browser using a URL. Learn how to get started below! 

Step 1: Complete chat implementation 

During this phase, our project management team will help you:

• set up your chat rooms and ensure that everyone is where they are supposed to be
• assign roles 
• learn how to moderate and monitor all communication, including chat rooms and direct messages

Step 2: Confirm your data

Each person that utilizes your district or school's URL to chat via the web must have login credentials and know how to use them. 

Step 3: Confirm that your chat URL works

In the same way that you provide instructions for anyone downloading your app, provide your URL so that anyone with a login can easily join in on the conversation via web browser.
