Tiered pricing allows you to give attendees a price discount if they purchase a certain number of tickets to an event created with Registration elements. The price of a product or service is divided into different levels or "tiers," each offering varying features, benefits, or quantities.
For example, with tiered pricing, it's possible to offer discounts if tickets are purchased in bundles (e.g. 1 for $10 or 5 for $40).
Registration elements are part of Forms Plus, an add-on available for Forms. Contact your Client Success Manager or email clientsuccess@finalsite.com to learn more about how to get started.

- Step 1: Add an RSVP field
- Step 2: Modify the wording of your form fields
- Step 3: Configure your payment settings
- Step 4: Confirm the display of your new tiered pricing
Step 1: Add an RSVP field
Drag an RSVP field from the right side over to the form where you'd like to provide the option of tiered pricing.
Step 2: Modify the wording of your form fields
- Toggle on Set Pricing so that this field can be used to collect payments.
- Instead of "RSVP" which is the default field label, specify exactly what the tiered pricing will be for the bundled items. Use this screenshot as an example:
- Update the quantity field in the Choices section to indicate how many tickets or seats that choice will reserve.
For this example, we changed the field label to say, "How many raffle tickets would you like to purchase?" and the Choices break down the tiered prices for 1 ticket ($10.00), 2 tickets ($15.00), and 5 tickets ($40.00). You can add your own tiered prices into these Choices which will populate into the form field.
Step 3: Configure your payment settings
If you've never used forms to collect payments, you may need to follow the steps in the article, "Set up Forms payment types" before you can collect payments.
Step 4: Confirm the display of your new tiered pricing
It's important to view your form and confirm that the way your tiered pricing is displayed is clear and accurate. Activate and preview the form to check that the pricing options are correctly listed and that the total amount updates based on the user's selection.
