Why strong passwords matter

Strong passwords are your first line of defense against unauthorized access. As an admin user, your account is typically granted access to sensitive user data, system settings, and integration credentials.

A weak password can:

  • be easily guessed or cracked by attackers
  • put your organization’s data at risk
  • lead to service disruptions or compliance violations

Follow the requirements in this article to better safeguard your school’s digital environment and maintain trust with families and staff.
