Upload alumni data in bulk

Alumni data can be added to Constituent Manager in bulk using the Alumni Datasheet template. The workflow follows the same steps as faculty: complete the datasheet, save as .TXT, and either self-import or submit to Finalsite Support.

💡Quick answers

  • Where do you get the alumni datasheet template? Download the Alumni Datasheet 2024 Template linked in the article; open it in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • What is the StatusCode field used for? To mark an alumnus as deceased (D) or lost (L).
  • Saving the completed alumni datasheet in the correct format? Download from Google Sheets as .TSV and rename to .TXT, or save from Excel as "Text (Tab delimited)."
  • What are the two options for submitting the completed datasheet? Import it yourself following the steps in "Upload constituent data to Constituent Manager in bulk," or submit it to Finalsite Support.
