When you first open Messages or Messages XR, you'll see the dashboard.
Dashboard features include:
- Finalsite Central's Access Messages On-the-Go feature where you can either click the Get QR Code button or simply enter the Access Code to log in to your Finalsite Central App.
- Recipients: see how many are subscribed, unsubscribed, and suppressed.
- Recent & Scheduled Messages: features a grid calendar with dates that have messages highlighted in blue. Use the arrows to navigate by month and quickly access any messages that have been sent or scheduled. This is a quick way to get a broad picture of the regularity of your messages being sent out.
- Notification Usage: reflects how many credits are being used and for which channel (email, SMS, voice) with a button where you can request more monthly credits by clicking Increase Capacity.

Usage: Scroll down a bit to find the Usage Chart where you can see how many messages per month you are sending, color-coded by channel.
You can also access Messages admin permissions or Messages XR admin permissions from the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, as well as create a new message using the Create Message button.
