- Step 3: Configure settings in the Bulk Create Boards window
Step 1: Confirm a group in Group Manager
Before you begin, make sure there’s a group in Group Manager that contains all of the users who should have a board.
Step 2: Navigate to the Posts module
- Click into Posts from the Module menu in the left navigation.
- Within the Boards section, select an existing folder or use the + Folder option to create a new folder for each of your groups.
- Hover over the folder, click the three-dot menu, then select the + Bulk Create Boards option.
Step 3: Configure settings in the Bulk Create Boards window
- Select Group from those existing in Group Manager that you want to create boards for.
- Optional: Set a Default Board Post Page.
- Click OK, and the boards will be created. Be patient - if there are many members of the group, creating boards for all of them may take a minute. A dialog box will indicate the number of boards created, and whether the board-creation process failed.
- The created boards will have the member’s name as default and the slug automatically populated, as well as the default board post page, if selected. The member will also be added as an Admin of the board.
