If you or your staff are not receiving a password reset links, please follow these steps in order:Â
Step 1: Verify your login URL
Ensure you are attempting to log in and reset your password at your official sitename.com/admin URL.Â

Attempting to reset an admin password via a parent portal or on your former implementation link that included the "finalsite.com" testing domain will not work for administrative access. Be sure to only follow this URL formula: sitename.com/admin. Â
