Known Issue: Troubleshoot receiving your verification or reset email

We are aware that some users are not receiving the emails required to complete the new Admin security update. In most cases, these automated messages are being filtered by school or district mail servers.

Before contacting Support, please verify you are using your sitename.com/admin URL and consult your IT team to ensure Finalsite IP addresses are whitelisted.
