To determine the amount of folder space used and remaining, go to File Manager and click the "settings" link located in the upper right.
This will show the amount of space available for file in that specific folder, as well as the overall amount of space available for all folders.
The amount of total disk space used for your entire website, and the remaining amount available to you, can also be viewed on the admin dashboard as shown below:
