Resources adds the ability for constituents to upload to regular site folders, not just personal ones. Take advantage of this and create a workflow that allows parents and other constituents to upload photos and other files to a dedicated folder. No one will see the files until you have added them to a gallery or individually placed them on a page, but you’ll have a new avenue to obtain resources to use on your site that you otherwise would have missed out on. This also saves your staff time previously spent uploading photos sent over by email!
