The Dynamic Content tab allows you to set up custom, repeatable “configurations” for automatically displaying Posts, Athletic, and Calendar events in messages.
Configurations are simply sets of rules that determine which board or calendar content is pulled from, and which components of each event or post appear in the message.
The dynamic content configurations that are created are available in the Template and Message editor as a Dynamic Content element.
Adding a Dynamic Content element to a template/message creates a placeholder that is set to one of the pre-created configurations. When messages using that template are sent, the dynamic content placeholder is replaced with live content from the website, as determined by the selected configuration.
