After you have built your workflow and added subscribers, you're probably interested in how those subscribers are progressing through the workflow. Check the workflow Stats and Activity tabs for an overview of your subscribers’ status and a detailed activity log, respectively.
The “Stats” screen indicates how many users are enrolled in the workflow, how many are active, how many have completed the workflow, and what percentage have completed the goal. You'll also see a breakdown of how each message in the workflow has performed, consisting of sent, delivered, unique opens, and unique clicks.
Click “Activity” in the top-right corner to see when subscribers were added to the workflow, what messages they were sent, what interaction they had on each branch step, and when they completed the workflow. You can also search for a specific subscriber to view only their activity.
