Create a Google Reviews Feeds source

This article outlines how to configure a Google Reviews Feeds source in Finalsite Feeds, including how to connect a Google Business profile and display customer reviews on the website.

Step 1: Select Google Reviews in the Feeds module

In Composer, open the module menu on the left sidebar and select Feeds. Click the red + Add social media source button, then select Google reviews from the Add a Social Media Source window.

Step 2: Configure the Google Reviews source

• Connect the Google Business profile to Feeds via the Your Social Connections screen.
• After connecting, select the business location to display reviews from.
• Save the source. Feeds will begin pulling in public customer reviews from that profile.
