These services sync core user data directly into Constituent Manager. This serves as the foundation for your school platform, allowing you to populate Chat rooms, mailing lists, and portal access.

Athletics Manager integrations

While many partners sync user profiles, only this specific group of integrations is designed to populate Teams, Schedules, and Rosters within the Athletics Manager module:

Alternative sync solutions

If you do not see your specific SIS or Athletics vendor listed above, we offer flexible alternatives to ensure your data still reaches Finalsite:

  • Finalsite Open Integration: We process datasheets exported from your SIS to sync data into Constituent Manager. This is the primary solution for schools using custom or unsupported databases.
  • GG4L (Global Grid for Learning): Finalsite partners with GG4L to facilitate integrations with systems we do not support directly, such as Infinite Campus.

Administrative tool: The off-feed utility

⚠️ Important Note

While the off-feed utility appears in your integration menus, it is not an automated data sync.

The off-feed utility is a tool that can be used to:

  • Remove or deactivate users: Identify constituents who are no longer included in your data sync (such as graduated students or departed staff) and remove them from Constituent Manager.

  • Clear stale events: Remove athletic or school events from Constituent Manager and/or Athletics Manager that have been deleted or stopped syncing from your source database.

  • Perform bulk cleanups: Manually review a list of "orphaned" records and deactivate them all at once.

  • Automate data maintenance: Configure the tool to automatically deactivate users or events on a daily basis to keep your "pantry" clean without manual intervention.
