Administrative tool: The off-feed utility
⚠️ Important Note
While the off-feed utility appears in your integration menus, it is not an automated data sync.
The off-feed utility is a tool that can be used to:
- Deactivate users: Identify constituents who are no longer included in your data sync, such as graduated students or departed staff, and move them to an Inactive role. They are not deleted from Constituent Manager, and are restored automatically if they reappear on the feed.
Clear stale events: Remove athletic or school events from Constituent Manager and/or Athletics Manager that have been deleted or stopped syncing from your source database.
Perform bulk cleanups: Manually review a list of "orphaned" records and deactivate them all at once.
Automate data maintenance: Configure the tool to automatically deactivate users or events on a daily basis to keep your "pantry" clean without manual intervention.
