- Open up one of your calendars on your live site.
- Click the Feeds icon.
In the Subscribe to calendar window that pops up, make selections for which calendars you’d like to subscribe to.
Don't see it?
If this icon is not visible, navigate to Calendar element settings > General Settings > and check the box next to Display alerts and feed controls.
Step 2: Understand what configurations exist
Choice #1: Two ways to subscribe to your calendar(s)
- Add to calendar: They can add a calendar directly to a default calendar app.
- Copy link: They can copy and paste the calendar URL into a personal calendar. (see third-party specific instructions below)
Choice #2: Subscribe to ALL or individual calendar(s)
Within the Subscribe to calendar modal, visitors can decide how many calendars they will subscribe to.
- All Public calendars on this page: This subscribes the visitor to every calendar that is connected in a particular Calendar element that is displaying the feeds icon.
-
Individual calendars: These are any calendars listed below the "All Public calendars" option allowing visitors to select individual calendars.
- This is great for Calendars that are displaying multiple school calendars on the same page.
- Parents and guardians can subscribe only to the school(s) that they are interested in seeing events for.
Step 3: Make adjustments to your calendar settings
